Smoked Deviled Eggs

Too Good for just Easter

Take hardboiled eggs, remove shells and put in smoker using a neat product for cold smoking called the A-Maze-N filled with cherry wood pellets for a 60-90 minute smoke.  After smoking cut the eggs in half and smash the yolks in a bowl and add

4 Tablespoons Mayo

4 Tablespoons dill relish

1 Tablespoon mustard

1 Tablespoon Mischievous Mustard (coming soon)

2 dashes of Prairie Dust Rub

1 Teaspoon of Miss Katie's Rub

Stir Together, refill eggs and here we topped with pickled asparagus slivers.
